Three years ago, Tim Rothwell and Brett Berman set out to create a college lifestyle company that brings people together through food and drink experiences. The idea behind Hooked is that by pairing a good deal with the best restaurants nearby will provide users with an app they can always depend on when deciding where to eat, drink, or socialize. Whether the occasion is a celebration, happy hour, study date, or just plain dinner, Hooked has you covered. While pursuing this college lifestyle app, we quickly learned that Hooked serves a greater purpose than just meal decisions. We're building awareness around local restaurants and driving traffic through their doors during desired times of the day. Hooked is building a bridge between restaurants and the local community, and we could not have imagined how well it would be received.
